- How much is the vendor fee?
The vendor fees is $150. A completed application AND full payment is required to secure your space as a vendor. Vendor spaces are given on a first come first serve basis. - Do you allow refunds?
All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by host. - How many people will be attending this event?
We are expecting to have over 200 people in attendance for each event. - Will there be time for attendees to shop vendor tables?
Attendees will have time before & after the show and during a brief intermission to shop. - Will a table be provided, or do I need bring my own table?
One table and two chairs will be provided for your use. The vendor is responsible for his/her table covering and table decorations for the event. - Can I bring an Assistant?
Yes, you are allowed admission of one additional person as your assistant/helper. Additional help will need to purchase a ticket. - How early can I come set-up?
You will have access to the venue 2 hours before the start of the event to set up. Shut down can begin 20 minutes before event ends Vendors must clear the facility no later than 9:45pm. Vendor shall leave the location free from trash and in similar condition that it was in at arrival. - Can I vend more than one product or service?
You will need to provide more detail on the types of products you would like to sell. In general, boutiques/stores that sell various types of items are allowed. However, we want to ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity. Please note that we do not allow products of a sexually explicit nature. We also do not allow food or drink vendors of any kind. - What is the dress attire?
Vendor and staff should be properly dressed for the occasion and their appearance will be clean and neat. - Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available in the lot adjacent to the venue. - Is there access to an electrical outlet or WIFI?
Yes, you will have access to WIFI. Electrical outlets are very limited. Vendor setup will be on a first come first serve basis. - What kind of marketing and advertising are they doing for this event?
Marketing and advertising is currently on social media, email news letter, podcasts, YouTube and on TV media.
