Vendor FAQ

    1. How much is the vendor fee?
      The vendor fees is $150.  A completed application AND full payment is required to secure your space as a vendor. Vendor spaces are given on a first come first serve basis.
    2. Do you allow refunds?
      All vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by host.
    3. How many people will be attending this event?
      We are expecting to have over 200 people in attendance for each event.
    4. Will there be time for attendees to shop vendor tables?
      Attendees will have time before & after the show and during a brief intermission to shop.
    5. Will a table be provided, or do I need bring my own table?
      One table and two chairs will be provided for your use. The vendor is responsible for his/her table covering and table decorations for the event.
    6. Can I bring an Assistant?
      Yes, you are allowed admission of one additional person as your assistant/helper. Additional help will need to purchase a ticket.
    7. How early can I come set-up?
      You will have access to the venue 2 hours before the start of the event to set up. Shut down can begin 20 minutes before event ends Vendors must clear the facility no later than 9:45pm.  Vendor shall leave the location free from trash and in similar condition that it was in at arrival.
    8. Can I vend more than one product or service?
      You will need to provide more detail on the types of products you would like to sell.  In general, boutiques/stores that sell various types of items are allowed.  However, we want to ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity.  Please note that we do not allow products of a sexually explicit nature.  We also do not allow food or drink vendors of any kind.  
    9. What is the dress attire?
      Vendor and staff should be properly dressed for the occasion and their appearance will be clean and neat. 
    10. Is parking available?
      Yes, free parking is available in the lot adjacent to the venue.
    11. Is there access to an electrical outlet or WIFI?
      Yes, you will have access to WIFI.  Electrical outlets are very limited.  Vendor setup will be on a first come first serve basis.
    12. What kind of marketing and advertising are they doing for this event?
      Marketing and advertising is currently on social media, email news letter, podcasts, YouTube and on TV media.
